Vendor Waiver
Terms that participating Flamingo Bahamas businesses agree to when registering their establishment, publishing offers, and receiving lead activity through the vendor assistant.

This waiver outlines the agreement between Flamingo Bahamas and each participating business that registers to appear in the public directory, publish offers to members, and receive lead activity through the vendor assistant.
By submitting the vendor registration form or signing an accompanying onboarding agreement, a business owner or authorized representative confirms acceptance of the terms below.
Accuracy of listings
The business agrees that the name, address, island, contact information, offer descriptions, and images submitted to Flamingo Bahamas are accurate and reflect a currently operating establishment.
Flamingo Bahamas may edit listings for clarity, grammar, and presentation consistency. Material changes to pricing, offer value, or operating hours are the responsibility of the business and must be communicated to the Flamingo team or updated through the admin portal.
Logos, photography, and brand assets
The business grants Flamingo Bahamas a worldwide, royalty-free license to display its submitted logo, trade name, photographs, and promotional assets inside the Flamingo website, mobile application, and marketing materials for the duration of the vendor relationship.
The business represents that it owns the submitted assets or has the necessary permissions to grant this license. Flamingo Bahamas will remove any asset promptly upon a documented request from a legal rights holder.
Offer honor and liability
The business agrees to honor each published offer at the location, island, and time window listed in the directory, subject to reasonable stock, staffing, and operating limitations.
Flamingo Bahamas is not responsible for the quality of products or services rendered by participating businesses, for disputes between members and businesses, or for injuries, damages, or losses arising from visits to a business establishment.
The business agrees to maintain any licensing, insurance, and permits required by Bahamian law to operate the establishment and honor the offer at the time of redemption.
Termination
Either party may terminate the vendor relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Flamingo Bahamas will unpublish the listing within five business days and remove associated brand assets from its active surfaces.
Flamingo Bahamas reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates these terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, or that receives repeated customer complaints Flamingo cannot resolve through normal support.
