Payment & Refunds
How Flamingo Bahamas handles subscriptions, refund requests, merchant offer responsibility, and billing support for members and participating businesses.
On this page
This page explains how Flamingo Bahamas handles payments, subscriptions, and refund requests for members, and how participating merchants are expected to honor the offers listed in the directory.
By starting a paid subscription or redeeming a merchant offer, you agree to the terms described on this page along with our general Terms of Service.
Member subscriptions
Flamingo Bahamas currently offers short-term access options, including one-day, one-week, and monthly plans. Prices displayed inside the app and on the website are charged in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions start immediately after a successful payment and run for the length of the plan you selected. You receive a receipt by email that acts as your proof of membership and contains the QR code used at participating businesses.
Monthly plans do not auto-renew unless you specifically opt in. If auto-renewal is enabled, you may cancel from your account settings before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Refund policy
Members may request a full refund within seven days of the first subscription charge, provided no offers have been redeemed during that window. Refunds on plans where a redemption has already occurred are handled case by case and may be partial.
Refunds for annual or longer-term promotional bundles, when available, are pro-rated against the time already elapsed and the value already redeemed through participating businesses.
To request a refund, contact contact@flamingobahamas.com from the email address used to register. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card network.
Merchant offer responsibility
Participating businesses are responsible for honoring the discounts, promotions, and offers they publish inside Flamingo Bahamas for the time period those offers are live.
If a merchant cannot honor an advertised Flamingo offer at the point of redemption, please notify our team through the contact form. Where appropriate, Flamingo may issue a courtesy credit to the member and work with the merchant to correct the listing.
Flamingo Bahamas is not a party to the transaction between members and merchants; we provide the discovery platform, the offer directory, and the membership infrastructure that makes redemption possible.
Billing support
Questions about a charge, a failed payment, or a duplicate subscription should be directed to contact@flamingobahamas.com. Include the email address on the account, the last four digits of the card used, and the date of the transaction so we can locate the record quickly.
For urgent billing issues, members can also call the number listed in the website footer during Bahamas business hours.
